At LVW Underwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the hygienic seal remains intact to be eligible for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
